Duchess Contestants' Data Forms are available through Google Forms this year.

They are due on May 30, 2025.
If you turn in your form between
May 31st-June 3rd then you will receive a one (1) point deduction in your pageant scoring. Turning in your forms anytime after the Meet & Greet meeting on June 3rd, will result in a five (5) point scoring deduction.
