The Clay County Fair Queen, Princess, Duchess, Little Miss, and Little Mister do not have to be active members of the Clay County 4-H Program. However, they do need to be active in a worthy cause inside Clay County. 

While a member of the Fair Court, each are duly appointed ambassadors of the 4-H Program. Therefore, it is important and encouraged that potential contestants know the basics of this youth development program.

Enrollment is open and this year, the enrollment fees have been paid generously by the Clay County 4-H Junior Leaders and the Clay County Community who supported the 2024 Pie Auction.
