Registration will open on March 15, 2025.

To register for the 2025 Queen, Princess, Duchess Pageants and the Little Miss and Mister Contest, contestants must submit their entry form either online, in person, or by mail on or before the deadline of
Saturday, May 17, 2025.

Each contestant must meet the requirements set forth by the organization to have a valid entry. 

Each contestant must have a sponsor for the pageant and the fee of $30 paid in full with registration entry form before admittance.

To receive a printed copy of the registration form, please email claycoinroyalty@gmail.com to request a .pdf or pick up a copy through your 4-H Club Leader when our 2024 Royalty visits one of your spring meetings.

Printed Copies will also be made available at the Extension Office.

You may also visit us at any of our 3 pop-up in person registration days-Clay City April 2nd, Fairgrounds April 26th, and Forest Park May 17th.
